For rebuilding projects in urban areas, the design should be adaptable enough to adjust to a wider site, to enable you access to the rear for your boat, or caravan etc. Of course, all project home builders are not flexible in the way that they will work with clients, so advice can help with finding the right design to give your best outcome possible.

Imagine - a design that will work whether your block slopes down to the rear... or up to the back, either as a split-level or two-storey home, the right design can accommodate a whole range of situations, elegantly and with a grace that works with your land to give you the best outcome with the least amount of unsightly
(and costly) excavation and consequent retaining. Remember, not all builders are willing to build on bearers and joists, and many will only want to build what they can construct on a slab.
